Do You Have a Fear of Negotiation?
i love this idea that fear is really the only thing in our way. There had to be some significant fear being in these negotiations, especially because it was a short term sort of set up. So i negotiated o no reduction contract, which meant for the whole four years, they couldn't reduce me from where i was. But i had lots of things in centos to make it go up. And so i asked for five thousand more, but they offered to give me a commission instead. That was a hundred thousand dollar difference. Ver, wow. Yow Nice.
