The Progesterone Drop-Off

Winter is the time of your period. Then you move into the spring season, which is the run up to ovulation. Summer is that part of the cycle where your hormones are peaking. And then autumn is the premenstrual face of the cycle. How do we know that we are entering winter? I call it the progestering drop-off. That's sending a signal to your body that time to shed the lining of your uterus and have your period. It gives us a language where we can share our experiences in that accessible way. We don't need to know all these kinds of other scientific details. We can just talk about it with this framework"
