Working With People Remotely Is Part of the Culture of a Distributed Company
I would say that the, yeah I mean it's a very as kind of a, it allows one to work with a very wide range of different kinds of people and different kinds of places. And once you've kind of got a cultural rhythm of working with people remotely, and people being very much aligned on projects and things, even though they will be thousands of miles apart and might never have met. You know that's something that can be part of the culture of a company has been part of theculture of our company for a long time.
