The Three Primary Risk Factors of Falling
Mike Downey: I feel like there's a lot here. It's very it's an empowering book, but at the same time we are still in a point where we do like our freedom to a pretty large degree. They actually said that the greatest threat to elderly people was falling because 40% of people who fall end up in a nursing home and 20% can never walk again. The three primary factors or risk factors for falling are poor balance, taking more than four medications and muscle weakness.
