Justification Is a Future Reality

In christ, when god gives a promise, he doesn't just give it once. God gave abraham the promise once and then say he remember the promise, and that's it. The promise continues to come at. That's the old testament pattern. And i would make the argument that that's exactly the logic of paul's argumentation in the book of romans. In other texts, where we do have language of the final judgment and the role of works on the final judgment, what we don't have is language of that as justification. It makes his argument kind of disconnected.
