How to Turn a Program Into a Winner?

I was a private school kid growing up but I went to Kimball Union Academy as a PG. And then after being there for six years and being at Clemson for nine, I really felt like I was gonna stay at Clemson the rest of my life. When Vanderbilt came around, it was different because there again, it matched kind of an academic, private school environment that I felt like, yeah, that fits. Those are the type of kids that I wanna be around where I think organization of mind competing in several areas once you get on campus,. not just on the ball field, but academically and socially.
