Peter Teal says it's going to be easier to have a cold war with China than the US. The world is growing at 10 billion people while China is shrinking and not prospering, he argues. He thinks Biden has overdone his hawkishness on AI but I'm not sure if they're starting to see it. Peter also believes that Italy will pull out of the Belt and Road Initiative due to blowback from other countries.
