You can determine what your maintenance calories are and we could talk through how to do that, but then probably pack another 25, 30% of the food you would need. So yeah, the kind of math behind this is pretty straightforward. If you're eating on average 2300 calories and you're sitting at 160 pounds pretty consistently for two to three two to three week periods on average,. That's roughly your maintenance calories. However, if you're slowly gaining weight or slowly losing weight, then you know you're in a slight surplus or slight deficit.
