US-China Relations Aren't Always Bad, Right?

US-China relations are driven by these two sort of interlocking forces, right? On the one hand, you have the internal domestic and also kind of global balance of class forces inside a country. The other thing that happens is what you'd I guess would call geopolitics. And we're going to kind of start with the geopolitics sign and then move back and forth between that and the sort of class angle on it.
