How to Deal With a Mental Health Crisis

When Alex was diagnosed ADHD he told his psychiatrist about this. He said understandably because he didn't have any evidence well you know it's probably just your ADHD. But when I had a mental health crisis two months ago, that led to me really thinking I've got to get this sorted. And for me it's been 18 months in which I have come closer to doing something finals ever again. That maybe could have been stopped if I'd been diagnosed earlier. This shouldn't have happened and believe me it happens to many other people.Alex actually swear on the line because it's not swearing you I'm fucking angry.
