Saskatchewin, where i live produces some of the most of the world's mustard. But it's grown here, sent to france, made into dijon and sent back to us. We don't like catholic friars at inthant, like that same old pan fried and over fin. So we're trying to find alternative ways, not finding but just kind of changing the way that we're cooking a little bit.
