Jurisdiction vs Cause of Action
Dianne Navarrette: Judge jackson found that there is both jurisdiction and a cause of action. The liberal majority on the d c circuit reversed her under the cause of action part because they're looking at that sole and un reviewable at any time language, she said. Navarrette says it's not as close to a slap in the face as you might think; judges are allowed to do their own thing.
