Ryan: I would always hesitant when, when people try to draw too large of conclusions based on some narrow set of data or even in this case on a trend. You know, these trends are very important and I think that for us did a great job kind of pointing to all of the things that go into this very simple measure of satisfaction. And so I wouldn't like throw customer experience out based on these stats. I would instead try to learn from them and anticipate around them.
