The Art of Death

Art is what we do to achieve a sense of meaning. We create art to battle the tragedy of being aware of, i am alive, therefore i will die. An elephant society can fall apart when certain family members die. The appreciation of art - whether it be music or painting -- is a way to understand humanity and to understand our identity.
