The Toxic Culture of NAB

There's an argument to say that they were scapegoated. But arguably of the big four, NAB was the best of a bad lot in terms of its practices. I had a whistleblower come to me who was saying it's a toxic culture inside NAB. They're still talking about, yeah, we've got to fix these systems. The documents also included minutes of interviews with Ernst and Young. It's auditor of 13 years because they had to do a report into for APRA. And that was really incredible. So the minutes are with 76 executives and the chairman, Ken Henry, and a couple of other directors.
