What's Going on With Quarky Quark-Ing?

Liz Truss won the leadership election fair and square. I don't think I have any qualms about that aspect of it. What I'm not clear on at the moment still is what's going to happen with Quarky Quark-ing. At the moment I'm expecting him to stay in post, but I guess that could change Matt.
