The jury took three hours to return with a guilty verdict. Seven of them were sentenced to hang. One man, oscar neeb, was sentenced to 15 years in prison. I think only a tiny handful of people, maybe a few lawyers and the rare politician like actually believe in law. The judge and the prosecutor and the jury clearly didn't. It was just a tool to be used to achieve their goal. That's like three and a half episodes o behind the bastards for a pardon. Yes. So it's basicly one of the most rigged trials in american try which is saying something. And they had to find a lawyer to defend them. But they found this guy
