Am, I'm in a Collapsed State. And I Feel Helpless There.

Am, significantly, was in the, it was about a month ago now. During that session, kemberly guided us through, sort of into am. And at the end of it, i'd shifted right into that mentual, vage state. I felt like i could really connect with tat reap, the stakaneta, with that state. Am adesneve has always been someone who would avoid dancing under any circumstances. Have always felt so uncomfortable being in my body in that way. It's more about this capacity to be with charge and grief and all things  - you know, oni feel very inspired by this expanding capacity.
