How to Train for a Longer Career
Cross training can help athletes build a longer career. Runners are difficult sometimes because they don't want to do anything else. If you tend to be more injury prone, I often am trying to get you to do some aerobic work that's not running. The swimming, the cycling, the rowing, certainly that mean a very low impact and great for aerobic conditioning.
