Is There a Need to Raise Capital?
A month ago, I had reported that people close to the company indicated there was no need to raise capital. A lot of deposits left this bank as a result of concerns about its financial health. They are selling securitized products business, or at least they have exclusivity with Apollo. Key questions remain, how do you preserve an investment grade rating across the board? Do you need to raise more capital?
