The Risks of AI in the Recruitment Process
I can see AI being helpful to take out the mundane tasks that are part of the recruiting process, which would then free up the recruiter and or hiring manager. But you have to also think about some of the applicant tracking systems that we're using today is even kind of weeding out some really fantastic candidates just simply keyword search. So, I'm hesitant with using a I in the recruiting process but if used in deployed in the right way it will actually provide you more time to fully leverage.
