Is Movement Your Thing?

I spend a lot of time imagining feelings of love in my body. So if i am not feeling particularly well, or if something's gone poorly, after i process that, i will actually bring a sensation of love into my heart and spread it throughout my body. It is slowing down your heart right, dilating your blood vessels, increasing good chemicals like oxytosin,. And allowing you to relax, feel happier and just be a nicer person to be with, for those around you as well as for yourself. Just know that everyone's different, and you can find that.
