The Impossible Muscle Stressor

Step count is the usual way it's measured. General guidelines are, you know, 10,000 steps per day is a high activity. 5,000 to 7,000 is low and below 5,000 is sedentary. The biological mechanisms underpinning this are not yet resolved. But the epidemiological evidence is pretty convincing.
