The Importance of Safe Dilator Technique
The dilator is very dangerous and people tend to underestimate the risks of the dilator. People push it in not along the wire so that it basically just dissects through tissue. Another is they back wall of vessel. And then sometimes people will even like, hub the dilators. So my preference in most cases is to just use one.
