Observing Specialists Working With Children
i think there is some kind of merit in observing specialists that come into your school and work with your children. Even just talking to them about the processes that they use could be really, really useful. I think itot comes from leaderships. And a teacher, you kind of see tha, leaders need to look at work lod and remove as much of that as possible.
