Look at your universities' strategic plan or their kind of aims, that they've published somewhere. And then think about how does the course that you want to take tie in with that. Be ready to kind of present them, like make a case for that course. Know all the details of the course, like know the price, know how long it is and so on. This would be my recommendation because there's often money that isn't being advertised for professional development.
