The Importance of Balance

I worked with literally thousands if not tens of thousands of kids outdoors. And the vast majority that I see nowadays are not going up side and playing. They're not like riding bicycles or not jumping. You know, they're not doing these things that kids are supposed to do. It's all indoors and virtual reality and. Yeah. Some parents think that they're helping by, oh, I'm going to give them everything and make every, but then they make them weak when you protect them too much.
