How Did You Become a CEO?
I think a lot of it is just I like people and I can engage and talk to people. Some people may say I speak too much. So I decided the women need a chance to play golf, but to play football, you need to know how to play golf. We put on golf clinics for our women vice presidents and managing directors. On one trip, we took them all to North Carolina where Christian and I have a beach house and it was just women and the pros. And I'll never forget the women felt empowered that, you know, they were being treated equally.
