This special monthly episode is dedicated to coaches in the youth development space, with today’s guest Sophie Pidcock, currently Performance Development Coach, Injury Rehabilitation Specialist at Brisbane Grammar School and previously Director of S&C at Brisbane Boys College.

In this episode, Sophie dives deep into her role as a rehab coach in the youth space, what unique problems she is helping solve and what outcomes that leads to the student athlete success, how the unique role came about and where these roles might present themselves in the future, how roles such as this can help coaches diversify their offering and skillsets to better first certain environments, how she implements the program at Brisbane Grammar School, some of her battles dealing with “the perfect program,” the ASCA SIG for High schools plus a whole lot more!
