CHAPTER

Love and Relationships

I love the experience of doing philosophy in community. I am impressed with the idea that children are their own individuals. The thing I hate about philosophy, though I'm not even sure this deserves to be called part of philosophy proper is grading. It starts to feel to me like we're not doing philosophy anymore because we're not focused on the content of what's said and then I have to say something. That communicates to the student about the kind of strengths and weaknesses of the quality of what’s said. That's what I hate. Wow, you couldn't get better feedback on a philosophy article about love and relationships than that.
