Biden's Predictions for the House of Representatives - I'm Running for a Second Term
Biden is looking more secure. It would not be unthinkable for Biden to say on the back of what we think of the results as things stand, and I'm running for second term. The biggest source of all this stuff is open to him. He's kind of looking for victory, but he's not sounding that happy. Kevin McCarthy was speaking at about two o'clock in the morning, he had actually been due to speak about three or four hours earlier. But of course, he was in absolutely no position to say anything, because everything was so much closer, so much tighter than had been anticipated.
