Quanto mechanics is the framework within which we understand pretty much everything that we take for granted to day, certainly in terms of modern electronics and so itis. It's not some weird, kind of mystical thing. Its a well defined, very accurate physical theory. What it actually means about the under underlying realitywhat e's telling you about reality is open to interpretation. Andthat that seems philosophically in scientific theories.
