Our ability to build and sustain a healthy amount of muscle is one of the things that keeps us functioning at high level. That's what it's really about us, about being more human. We've got to use those muscles, build muscle with that as you're thrust towards it as your motus operandi. I'm not doing this for what's showing up on the scale. I'm doing this so that i can put my body in a position where i am metabolically healthy. The number on the scale is a side effect of that.
