How to Live One Day at a Time

I think figuring out how can I work less, but, but have more output is the first step. When you live one day at a time, that will automatically happen. Once you get used to that, I would say live one hour at a time. Do you understand what I mean? Yeah. And then the other thing is like, just really offer yourself as a living sacrifice and like that will make you happiest.
