Is There a Fine Line Between One and Two?

As a leader there is almost sometimes this fine line between one and two. How do you find straddle that line? I think is one of the things, like the map between two points is relatively simple, andad a third or fourth point and is completely, ofely ununderstandable. The way you learn about another person, is that you miss step and yo. So gage to reactions, andyou see how well the approach you thought was worth dozen. And then you calibrate, and then you try again.
