Meditation is to allow it to happen and not to try to change what's going on for you. The big thing would be just dropping resistance or trying not to get rid of it so fast. You know, for me, the song is the practice. So that is the training ground in the moment. That's the curriculum of like, this is what I'm focusing on now.
