i've been to many instances, probly about like at least seven or eight, where i've been taken through a session by different sorts of teachers. And it's one of those things where it's not like your just believing in it, you feel the energy even and some s as little as 15, ten minutes,. if you're doing these different exercises that you're being walked through. It's really about building up our own internal energy, you know. We were talking before thisa nor conversation about being fully present to life, to ourselves, to others. So i'm trus is a really big piece of the healing journey, learning to trust yourself.
