The War of Attrition Is Not a One for One

The west must match the russians one for one in terms of capability, lethality and effectiveness. We don't have to have the same amount of artillery ammunition or rockets as the russian are employing because of the way they employ it. And you might achieve the same effect with one hammers rocket that you might get from a hundred russia conventional artillery grounds. But when you talk about a the capabilities that are being provided, albeit two months late, i personally avoid getting into x thousand versus x thousand. Guess who always wins that fight? The ones with the longer range.
