Are You Firm on Your Decision?

The advice in the management books is that you have their last paycheck ready to go. What Sam said at the end about being firm on your decision is super important. If you come in saying, I'm not sure, I'm thinking about this, it turns into a pretty complicated power dynamic which almost never goes well. It just makes the whole thing feel not adversarial.
