I like the 100 grams of carb huristic because it's very moderate. It also skims off the top, i think, a large portion of what are typically empty calories. If we don't learn to manage our stress without using food, we're going to eventually fall off with that food plan and go back to using food as our stress reliever. Sometimes those three pillars can give you as much weight loss as food. I have a work sheet that i'm sort of famous for called the wheel, and all six of them are laid out in a wheel in perfect symmetry. In my mind, not a single one of them is less important.
