How to Get Into a Calming Centre
Ramdas says he has to create an absolutely calm centre in his life. He uses breathing exercises and mantre, amantre every day as a form of meditation. The mantra is aditiaridam tunam sarv shatru ina shana i sanscrit aditia ridam tuna sarshatru inaShuna. It means all evil vanishes from life for him who keeps the sun in his heart.
