"I do have clients because of all the things happening in the world right now," she says. "And then like, and even older people too, like what do I do? Because it seems meaningless." She talks about how to make meaning out of a life that's so empty for many. 'Cognitive dissonance' is when something you say or do doesn't match up with your actual values.
