The Yeah Buts Monsters

I can hear the yeah, but monsters crawling up on the shoulders of our impact drivers listening. How do you help them with that before you keep going? It makes me want to share a little funny story. Apparently Einstein was teaching a bunch of PhD students some advanced math and none of the students were getting it. He would 20 minutes later ask his students, so does that click yet? And they'd all look at him and say, no,. then he'd try something else. So my way of saying the yeah buts monsters were raging in my brain too.
