A, licky, the assessment we did on our blind spots, what i liked about it it didn't take a lot of time. It was very actionable. I got, i'm just a better person having been around licky. And king and men, we've kind o had some wonderful times to just kind of coach each other. If you guys don't have somebody that you know, that you can just let in, whose hasip brings in a perspective that's outside of your world, somebody you can talk to, help you get unstuck.
