Product Managers - The Three Skills That Are Most Critical as a Product Manager

The three skills I think that are most critical are being data informed, being collaborative, and having high transparency. A lot of those end up being more soft skills, especially during this time where there's lots of transition in the industry. When you're doing data, you're able to paint the picture of what things are most important to invest in. As a PM being transparent is the best way to get the investment and to get the support that you need for your organization.
