Organizing for the Unhoused

Melissa Asisaan is the co-founder of polo, a group that provides free food to homeless people in Los Angeles. She says she was inspired by skid row and her commute organizing work with houseless folks. A ij wanted to figure out a way to make a steady and reliable system so that our unhouse neighbors would get food, and that organizers wouldn't have to worry about it.
