The Concept of a Showdown Value Bluff

A showdown value bluff is where you bet on the turn with a bottom pair intending to both fold out better and get called by worse at the same time. So if you're barreling a king or a queen or a jack turn and you're over betting those, I imagine it's like those second pair kinds of hands that might have very little hope of improving on the river. And so those are actually hands at the bottom pair it would be ahead of on rivers.
