So if you execute something and you feel stable, good movement should feel good to the athlete themselves. But as I said before, I think there's too many things going on like hip-lock walks. There's no problem to do it for a little bit of mobility or recovery or something like this. But if you're using it as a training tool, you really need to start pushing your athletes
