The One Way Door Decision?
How did you harmonize the teams? Really good question. We started from a base of we were completely like we spent so much time on our remission aligned, our revision aligned. Our collective visions for the future were identical. And I think you need that. You need something. Now that we've completely integrated it, think of it more like every office in a company has a little bit of a different culture, but you have one corporate culture. That's really how it operates today.
