Is It Up to the Government to Provide Food?

Wet markets are formal markets selling fresh produce and they inserted a policy that as new developments took place. Developers, be it in the state or private sector, were obligated to then build wet markets. They actively try to secure some of the urban land for production where local greens and traditional greens are being grown. I think there is a real concern that companies apply a similar logic that I critique just now around sort of seeing a bandaid so this corporate social investment. Is that about enabling change? Are they fundamentally changing how they operate?
